Orange Muffin's recipe Courtesy of Chris

First off I have to say my friend Chris is an awesome baker, friend and mom. She can sew and can kick anyone's butt in scrabble

She rocks

Orange muffins 



1 1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt 

1 teaspoon baking soda 

3/4 cup cooking oil 

1 cup sugar 

2 eggs 

1 teaspoon vanilla 

1/4 cup fresh orange juice

2 tablespoons grated orange rind 



Mix flour, salt and baking soda in a small bowl; set aside.

Squueze

Make sure you have expert quality control tasting errrrrr squeezing the oranges.

Quality Control

Combine oil, sugar and eggs in a large bowl. Mix well.

Add the oil

Cracking Up



Add vanilla, orange juice and orange rind. Blend.

Add flour mixture and mix just until moistened.

Combine All Ingridients

Mix It Up

Batter will be lumpy. Pour into muffin pan.

Bake at 350° for 18 to 20 minutes.

Let sit for three minutes before removing from pan. Cool on rack.
